With more than 27 years of experience supporting senior and C-suite leaders, Kathy helps administrative professionals strengthen their confidence, leadership presence, strategic partnership skills, and career visibility. Kathy is the founder of Admin Angels, the first global administrative professional network in her companyโ€™s 200+ year history, now connecting 320+ administrative professionals across five continents. She also founded Black Admin Connection and is Co-Founder of The Black Executive Admin (BEA) Network, a global community where Black administrative professionals connect, grow, and lead.

Through workshops, mentoring, speaking, and organizational consulting, Kathy partners with individuals and organizations to build admin networks, develop leadership capability, and create spaces where administrative professionals are recognized as strategic contributors to the business.
